No Refund Policy
At HonokaAI, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund for any fees paid to HonokaAI for any reason.
Rationale
Our no-refund policy exists because our premium services and virtual currency (Honkas) are digital products that are delivered immediately upon purchase. Once you have access to these digital goods, we cannot recover them.
Subscription Cancellation
While we do not offer refunds, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will stop future billing, but you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your HonokaAI account
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select Subscription
- Click on "Cancel Subscription"
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases of technical issues that prevent service delivery, unauthorized charges, or other exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our sole discretion. Please contact our support team if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
